A Brown Monkey Movement Session starts with a skeletal re-alignment sequence, which involves floor-based positions that all people can integrate into their routine. We learn the vocabulary of Capoeira's music, martial arts and dance. Participants will communicate and play with each other using their movements along with the music to express themselves freely and build strength. The session closes with a series of stretches. These sessions are inspired by teachings from Yoga, Capoeira, Calisthenics, Bodyweight training, Flow Arts and Music Theory.
